I've had the deep pleasure and honor of two energy readings with Liz. First of all, Liz exudes warmth and tranquility. One immediately feels at ease, even as one enters a potentially vulnerable space during energy work. She prepared me with enough detail on what I needed entering in as well as exiting our session. .Energy work was new to me. As a reflective person who journals, I've come to know that not everything is accessible/understandable or can be worked through by one's mind. There are levels on which we are evolving that we can't access or facilitate on our own. Working with Liz, helps one access those levels. What I appreciate about this detail of our time together is that Liz followed my lead, allowing my questions to determine how much information I needed. After the meditative part of the energy session, when Liz was providing feedback on what she intuited, here too she was sensitive to my ability to take in what she 'saw (cont'd)....

(cont'd) Further, she asked questions regarding whether something resonated or not. Her reading was very interactive. Something else I appreciated was Liz's ability to be objective. That is, she was aware of the potential of her own biases and familiarity with me to impact the reading. While Liz was describing what she intuited, I took notes so that I could reference my experience as well as maximize her efforts with my own reflections on my own time. Liz also followed up with resources so that on my own I can deepen my understanding of what the energy work revealed. After both sessions, I felt initially drained. What Liz intuited was spot on and spoke to me so I needed to allow that to settle into my consciousness. I then felt incredibly energized and focused. Literally, like a fog had been lifted within. I also value that Liz checked in with me days later knowing that energy work shifts a person's paradigm. ~ M.S.
