I've had the deep pleasure and honor of two energy readings with Liz. First of all, Liz exudes warmth and tranquility. One immediately feels at ease, even as one enters a potentially vulnerable space during energy work. She prepared me with enough detail on what I needed entering in as well as exiting our session. .Energy work was new to me. As a reflective person who journals, I've come to know that not everything is accessible/understandable or can be worked through by one's mind. There are levels on which we are evolving that we can't access or facilitate on our own. Working with Liz, helps one access those levels. What I appreciate about this detail of our time together is that Liz followed my lead, allowing my questions to determine how much information I needed. After the meditative part of the energy session, when Liz was providing feedback on what she intuited, here too she was sensitive to my ability to take in what she 'saw (cont'd)....
